Chloe Olszewski is an associate attorney at Danielsen Westhoff, PC, where she focuses her practice exclusively on family law matters. Chloe represents clients in a wide range of domestic relations matters, including divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities, child support, maintenance, property division, and post-decree matters.
Chloe approaches each case with an understanding that family law matters are often among the most difficult and personal legal issues a client will face. She works closely with her clients to understand their individual goals and circumstances and provides practical, thoughtful legal guidance throughout the process. Whether a matter can be resolved through negotiation or requires litigation, Chloe is committed to advocating for her clients and protecting their interests and the interests of their families.
Prior to joining Danielsen Westhoff, Chloe developed her passion for family law through her legal education and practical experience advocating for children and families. She earned her Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law, where she served as President of the Family Law Society and participated in the Youth Court Clinic, representing juveniles.
Chloe grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa, where she studied Social Justice and Rhetoric. During her time at the University of Iowa, she served as Chief Justice of the Panhellenic Council and volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), advocating for children involved in the court system.
